- Use the same email you scanned with. A second pair does not need a new scan.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pick a shoe size?
No. Your insoles are cut to a standard shoe size, while the arch is made just for you. Some shoes may need a light trim at the toe for a clean fit. Our size guide is there for reference.
How does the phone scan work?
Put on white socks and roll up your pant legs. Place a sheet of plain white Letter or A4 paper on a hard floor and stand with one foot flat, right next to it. Hold your phone upright with your arms extended and angled down, and take one photo of each foot. Next, you’ll see 3D models of your feet, with the length and width of each foot in millimeters.
Full Length or 3/4 Length?
Full Length runs heel to toe and replaces your shoe’s original insole. Made for athletic and walking shoes and work boots. 3/4 Length ends just behind the ball of your foot. Made for dress shoes, flats and snugger shoes. Both lengths are the same price.
