Pick a length, then a design
Both lengths cost the same and get the same custom arch, so choose by the shoes you’ll wear them in. Then pick the design you like best.

The scan runs in your phone’s web browser, so there’s nothing to download. You take a photo of each foot beside a sheet of plain paper, then your foot insights appear on screen: the length, width and height of each foot, plus a 3D view.

Wear socks, roll up your pant legs and lay a sheet of plain white paper on a hard floor. Stand with one foot beside the paper and follow the on-screen guide to take the photo. Then do the same with your other foot.

Your scan is then linked to your order, and we shape each arch from its own foot’s scan.

In step 2, enter your email. If we don’t find a scan, tap Scan your feet.

On a computer? Switch to your phone
Scan the QR code with your phone camera and keep the computer window open. Your results show up there.

Once your scan is linked in step 2 on the product page, add your pair to the cart and check out. The scan travels with your order, so we know which feet we’re making insoles for.

We 3D-print your pair
Printed from your scan, one foot at a time
We turn your scan into arch support shaped to each foot. The left and right arches are printed separately, each from its own foot’s scan, then built into your insole with the layers below.

Every step follows the same pattern: your heel lands, your foot rolls through the arch, and your toes push off. Your insoles are shaped for all three.

Every pair is made to order after you check out and delivered within 14 days for US orders. For other countries, see Shipping & Returns.
Fit and trim
Slide them in, and trim if you need to
Your insoles are cut to a standard shoe size, while the arch is made just for you. Some shoes need a light trim at the toe for a clean fit.
Take out the original insole
Full Length replaces your shoe’s original insole.
Check the toe
Slide the insole in with the heel all the way back. If it bunches at the toe, give it a trim.
Trim a little at a time
Use the old insole as a guide and cut along the toe with sharp scissors, a few millimeters at a time.

Do I need to pick a shoe size?
No. Your insoles are cut to a standard shoe size, while the arch is made just for you. Some shoes may need a light trim at the toe for a clean fit. Our size guide is there for reference.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The scan is powered by Volumental and runs in your phone’s web browser. If you start on a computer, a QR code lets you continue on your phone.
What do I need for the scan?
Your phone, socks, a sheet of plain white Letter or A4 paper and a hard floor. Roll up your pant legs so your ankles are clear.
What does the scan measure?
The length, width and height of each foot, with a 3D view of both feet. Your scan is linked to your order, and we shape each arch from its own foot’s scan.
Can I scan someone else’s feet?
Yes. When the scanner asks who you’re scanning, choose someone else and follow the same steps with their feet.
Full Length or 3/4 Length?
Full Length runs heel to toe and replaces your shoe’s original insole. Made for athletic and walking shoes and work boots. 3/4 Length ends just behind the ball of your foot. Made for dress shoes, flats and snugger shoes. Both lengths are the same price.
