- Where we ship: the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
- Cost: free shipping within the United States. [Canada and U.K. shipping rates]
- Timing: each pair is made after you order. Plan on about 14 days for U.S. orders and 14–20 days for Canada and the U.K.
- Duties: import duties and taxes on U.K. orders are paid by the recipient.
- Orders with more than one pair may arrive in separate packages.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of checkout. Contact us with your order number and the email you used.
Returns
Because every pair is made for one person, custom insoles are final sale after the 24-hour window. If your pair arrives damaged or incorrectly made, contact us within [number] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace that pair.
