Arch support 3D-printed from a scan of your own feet, in a standard shoe size you can trim for a clean fit. Designed to help keep you comfortable through long days on your feet, and built to last hundreds of miles of wear. Made to order and delivered within 14 days in the US.
Arch 3D-printed from your scan
Each arch is printed from that foot’s own scan, so your left and right insoles are made separately.
Deep-contoured heel cup
A deep, shaped cup that cradles your heel.
Shock-absorbing heel cushion
A cushion under the heel softens the impact of each step.
Breathable foam top layer
A cushioning, breathable foam layer on top, finished with the design you choose.
Your insoles are cut to a standard shoe size, while the arch is made just for you. Some shoes may need a light trim at the toe for a clean fit. Remove your shoe’s original insole before inserting a Full Length pair. See our size guide for reference.
You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of checkout. Because every pair is made for one person, custom insoles are final sale after the 24-hour window. If your pair arrives damaged or incorrectly made, contact us within [number] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace that pair.
Each pair is made after you order. Plan on about 14 days for U.S. orders and 14–20 days for Canada and the U.K. We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom; import duties and taxes on U.K. orders are paid by the recipient. Orders with more than one pair may arrive in separate packages.
Full Length runs heel to toe and replaces your shoe’s original insole. Made for athletic and walking shoes and work boots.
3/4 Length ends just behind the ball of your foot. Made for dress shoes, flats and snugger shoes.
Both lengths use the same custom arch and cost the same.
Inside every pair
Printed in PA12 nylon on HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D printers and shaped from the scan of that foot, so each insole follows its own arch.
A deep, contoured cup at the back of the insole cradles your heel.
A cushion pad under the heel softens each step right where you land.
A cushioning foam layer under a soft, breathable top fabric, finished in the design you choose.
3D-printed arch shell
Each arch shell is printed in PA12 nylon on industrial HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D printers, shaped from that foot’s own scan. Your left and right insoles are made separately.
Deep heel cup
The back of the insole rises into a deep, contoured cup that cradles your heel inside the shoe.
Heel cushion pad
A separate cushion pad is set into the underside of the heel, right where each step lands, to soften the impact.
Breathable top fabric
A cushioning foam layer sits under a soft, breathable top fabric, finished in the design you choose.
How it works
White socks on, a sheet of plain white paper on a hard floor, and one photo of each foot with your phone.
Each arch is printed from that foot’s scan and finished in your length and design.
Every pair is made to order and delivered within 14 days for US orders.
