You do not need to choose a size for custom insoles. Your pair is made from the scan of your feet. Use this chart as a reference, or to check the shoe size shown after your scan.

How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel touching the wall, wearing the socks you normally wear.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in millimeters.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one.
Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. The toe end of the insole can be trimmed for a clean fit.
