Who makes your pair

An established 3D-printing factory in Guangdong

Our manufacturing partner combines HP industrial 3D printing with biomechanics to design and produce 3D-printed insoles. Through years of use by athletes, older adults, teenagers and business customers, it has built a complete technology and process system for making them.

It runs an HP 3D printing digital manufacturing center in Dali, Foshan, which it describes as the largest in China, and calls itself China’s first digital factory to achieve mass customization through 3D printing. Its group also includes technology companies in Qingdao and Suzhou.

Bring advanced 3D-printed insoles into every household and improve people’s quality of life.

From scan to pair

How your pair gets made

  1. Your phone scan

You scan your feet with your phone. That 3D foot data is the starting point for your pair, not a size chart.

  2. Shaped from your scan

Each insole’s geometry is generated from your 3D scan data, so it follows your feet rather than a standard size curve.

  3. Printed one pair at a time

Our partner’s industrial HP Multi Jet Fusion printers print each pair individually in PA12 nylon.

  4. Layered for comfort

The printed nylon shell is paired with cushioning layers and a top cover.

Every pair is made to order and delivered within 14 days for US orders.
