A pair of custom insoles, one face up and one turned over to show the printed arch

A custom pair from CustomSole costs $69.99. That is the price on the product page, and it is the price you pay. The same page shows $99.99 with a line through it. The gap between those two figures is $30. This page is an inventory of what that $69.99 covers, and what it does not. It is not an argument that a lower price does anything to a foot.

The number on the page

Every design, in either length, is $69.99 a pair. There is no upcharge for Full Length, no upcharge for 3/4 Length, and no upcharge for a louder cover. Carbon Cell and Glacier are the same price as the other fourteen. The full collection is the place to compare covers. The price does not change when you do.

You will see $99.99 crossed out beside the $69.99. That crossed-out figure is the compare-at price on the product. It is not a second product, and it is not a fee added at checkout. You pay $69.99 for the pair.

One pair is two insoles, left and right, at one price.

What the $69.99 includes

Read the price as a list, not as a mood.

  • One length. Full Length is available now. It replaces the insole in work boots, athletic shoes, and walking shoes when that insole comes out. 3/4 Length is coming soon. It sits on top of the insole in dress shoes and tighter shoes. Same price either way. The arch idea is the same. The coverage is not.
  • One design. The fabric cover is the color or print you picked. It is not a different shell, and it is not a different price.
  • A scan, after you pay. The scan is included. We open it after checkout so the feet we photograph are the feet we are about to print. The product page asks for an email first. That field stores the address. It does not start the camera.
  • Printing after the scan is in. The left shell comes from the left scan. The right shell comes from the right scan. Foam, a heel cushion, and the cover go on after the shell is printed. None of that starts on an empty file.
  • US delivery within 14 days. The pair is made to order. Plan on delivery within 14 days in the United States once the work is underway. The clock for making the pair starts when the scan matches the order, not while the cart is still open.

You also choose a US shoe size. The scan does not recommend one. That size is the outline. The arch follows the scan. The size guide compares men's, women's, and foot length. The size does not change the $69.99.

What you do after you pay

Checkout is PayPal. When the order is in, scan with the same email on complete your scan. White socks, a sheet of plain paper, a hard floor, one photo of each foot. If you start on a computer, a QR code moves the scan to your phone. We do not send you off to browse a scanner's own website.

If the email on the scan does not match the email on the order, the photos are not tied to the payment. Use the checkout address. A different inbox is how a finished scan fails to meet the pair you already bought.

How it works puts the same steps in order: pick a design and a length, pay, scan, then we print. Why the pair waits for the scan is the production reason, if you want it on its own.

What the price does not include

One payment is one pair. That pair is one length. If you want Full Length in work boots and 3/4 Length in dress shoes, that is two pairs, each $69.99, each with $99.99 crossed out on its own page. The second pair can reuse the scans stored on your email if your feet have not changed and you do not want new photos. It is still a second order. Moving one pair between two shoes only works when both shoes take that same length. The note on that is how to move a pair between shoes.

The price is not a clinic visit. It does not include an appointment, a cast, or a letter for an insurer. We do not take HSA or FSA cards. If you need a clinician to look at a foot, this checkout is not that appointment.

The price is also not a second person's feet. The shells are printed from the scans on the order email. Someone else in the house needs their own order and their own photos.

Canada and the UK are not the US 14-day window. Those orders take longer, as shipping and returns says. This page states the US case because that is the delivery line on the product.

When the $69.99 is spent

You can change or cancel within 24 hours of checkout. After that, a custom pair is final sale, because the shells are made for the scans on that order. If a pair arrives damaged or made wrong, email support@customsole.shop with the order number and we replace it. "I wanted a different color" after the window is a new order, not a return.

Do not wait to scan if you want the pair moving. US delivery within 14 days assumes the scan gets matched and the pair gets made. Photos taken a week late start the work a week late. The $69.99 does not buy a pair that was sitting in a size bin. There is no bin. There is a file, and the file comes from the scan.

Length is part of the pair you pay for. Shoe size is not a line on the order.

A plain way to read the checkout

Before you pay, you should be able to point at five things: the length, the design, the email you will scan with, the $69.99 (and the $99.99 crossed out beside it), and the fact that US delivery is within 14 days after the pair is made from your scan. If any of those is unclear, stop on how it works or write to support@customsole.shop. We reply within two business days.

If you are still deciding whether a scan-based pair is the object you want, the buying note is are custom insoles worth it. This page only answers the price. The arch itself, as a printed shell rather than a store pad, is what custom fit arch support means here.

Frequently asked questions

Is Full Length more expensive than 3/4 Length?

No. Both lengths are $69.99 a pair. The page shows $99.99 crossed out on either length. You choose the length that fits the shoes, not a cheaper outline.

Does a different design cost more?

No. All 16 designs are $69.99. The design is the fabric cover. It does not change the price or the fact that the arch is printed from your scan.

Is the scan an extra fee?

No. The scan is included in the $69.99. You do it after you pay, with the same email as the order, on the complete-your-scan page.

When does the 14 days start?

US orders are delivered within 14 days. The pair is made after the scan matches the order. Scanning late starts that work late.

Can I cancel if I have not scanned yet?

You can change or cancel within 24 hours of checkout. After that, the order is final sale because the pair is made for your scan. A pair that arrives damaged or made wrong is replaced.
