These are the purchase rules for orders placed at CustomSole (customsole.shop).
CustomSole insoles are a comfort product. They are not a medical device, and they are not a substitute for care from a clinician.
Each pair is $69.99. You choose a US shoe size before you pay. The scan does not recommend a size. After checkout, you scan both feet with the same email, and the arch is printed from that scan. Full Length is available now. 3/4 Length is coming soon.
We ship to the United States. Each pair is made after you order. Plan on delivery within about 14 days in the US once the pair is being made.
You can change or cancel within 24 hours of checkout. A cancellation in that window is refunded. After 24 hours, a custom pair cannot be returned or refunded. If a pair arrives damaged or made wrong, we replace it when you send the order number and a photo. That replacement is not a refund.
